Privacy Policy

Who we are

Cobb Cherokee Local is a local home service directory operated by Lead Hustle LLC, 1603 Capitol Ave Ste 415, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001-4562. When you use this site you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit a quote or message request. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) when you browse the site.

How we use your information

• To route your quote or message request to the business you contacted.
• To send you a confirmation and, if you opted in, follow-up messages about your request.
• To improve the site based on how visitors use it (see Analytics below).
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

Analytics — Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site. Clarity records session replays, heatmaps, and click data so we can identify usability issues and improve the experience for homeowners and business owners.

Clarity automatically masks text entered into form fields so passwords and other sensitive inputs are not recorded. Microsoft may store and process this data in the United States and other countries.

You can learn more about how Microsoft handles data at privacy.microsoft.com. To opt out of Clarity, you can use Microsoft's opt-out tool at clarity.microsoft.com/optout.

Cookies and local storage

We store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Third-party tools such as Microsoft Clarity may set their own cookies; see their privacy policies for details.

Information sharing

We never sell your personal information. When you submit a quote or message request, we share the information you chose to share (name, contact method, and project details) with the home service business you contacted. Fields you marked "not shared" are kept private. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, and when required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to fulfill the request and resolve any disputes. Partner account data is retained for 180 days after account closure and then purged. You can request deletion of your personal information by emailing support@cobbcherokeelocal.com.
